I have worked with many individual clients
who were mostly startups, from New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, and London.
I am a creative director and a brand consultant for their newly launching and/or existing brands. With many of my clients not coming from fashion or any design backgrounds, I was able to help them in many different fields in creating a brand and collections: creating logos and branding/collaterals, trend forecasts, designs (mood boards, edits, flats/technical drawings, prints and colorways), techpacks/grading sheets, samples and fittings, lookbooks, communication with the factory, photoshoot directing and more.
As a designer and an artist, I have always been inspired by architecture and different fields of art and design. I am a both creative and a strategic person, which has allowed me to create and manage collections, fabrics, and designs balanced alongside with business/marketing. I have exceptional experience with programs/softwares such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.

Design by-account seasonal line plans,, including activewear and lifestyle apparel for Boys (2T to 20) for private labels and licensed brands, ensuring alignment with brand identity, customer demographics, and sales history

Develop and execute Techpacks with detailed sketches, specs, construction and remark details, collaborating closely with production and spec teams to ensure seamless product development and on-time delivery

Oversee and manage design development – such as library of CADs, graphics and prints, design development calendars, BOM, samplings and project schedules – across all project schedules ensuring project efficiency

Conduct deep market research and trend forecasting, delivering insights and impactful seasonal presentations

Manage daily operations and workflows across multiple project lifecycles ensuring efficiency & timely delivery

Develop seasonal trend forecasts and line plans tailored to each account’s aesthetic, price point, customer demographic, and market culture

Conduct sample approvals and fittings, track details, and manage lab dips,, and other daily operations to uphold quality and ensure alignment within division

Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, providing conflict resolution and risk management plans

Create and manage extensive library of materials – such as merchandising calendar, design cads and graphics, BOM, design revision logs – throughout each project schedule

Oversee sample approval, fit, wash and lab-dip strike off, swatches, and other day-to-day operation and ensured accuracy

Communicate and follow-through with factories and sub-contractors for involved productions, samplings, and revisions throughout each project lifecycles.

Execute day-to-day operation and workflow throughout multiple ongoing project lifecycles

Mentor and guide junior designers, delegating seasonal and project tasks, and implement guides and tools to improve efficiency and speed of delivery
